About me

„Make it matter“ - my motivation, my journey.

More than 20 years as CFO of a successful digital company and investment banker have shaped my knowledge and professional experience. I was never just a financial expert, but had the big picture in mind as an entrepreneur. And I took on different roles, such as:

• resilient chief diplomat
• transformer not afraid to get his hands dirty
• motivator for teams and employees
• representative of the company to investors

Over the last decades I have learned a lot and this experience is what I want to share with you and your company. Having an eye on your financial organization ensures that good products and visions do not fail.

"Make it matter."

This slogan is not only written on the wall of my office, it is also my inner drive. I want to pass on my knowledge, to make a difference in and with companies so that they can make a difference with their corporate vision. I don’t want to just talk about it and remain theoretical. I want to drive change.

In 2018, I spent several months in Silicon Valley attending Stanford University’s Executive Program, focusing on business, innovation and leadership. I immersed myself in many of the well-known digital companies on a Learning Journey. I was inspired by the spirit of „Fail fast and Learn“, the great openness to new ideas, and new horizons. And that is what sets me apart today as a consultant for companies in growth phases.

„This also is what distinguishes me: Feeling freedom while sailing, staying curious while traveling, enjoying a good wine, enjoying music at live concerts.“

"Make it matter"

My personal connection with Africa.

As an alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, I have been a consultant in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program since 2021. Through many travels, I have a special relationship with African countries. The different cultures and other structures of doing business fascinates me. Within the framework of the program, I can pass on knowledge where it is particularly needed. And for me, in turn, it takes very little - namely close listening and individual consulting - to initiate effective changes.
